Conditions for confirming and canceling the order: at the time of placing the order, the full cost of the accommodation will be booked from your bank account or bank card. The reservation can be canceled 14 days before the arrival date by sending a notice to the Hotel e-mail address info@maia.ee. In this case, Maia Residents will return the prepaid amount in full within 7 days from the receipt of the cancellation notice received from the Customer. The bank payment will be returned to the same account from which the booking amount was received. If the booking is canceled up to 14 days before the date of arrival, 50 percent of the advance payment will be refunded. In case of shorter notice, the advance payment will not be refunded.
Change of reservation and refund: To change the reservation, a notice must be sent to the Hotel’s e-mail address info@maia.ee. Reservations can be changed 14 days before the arrival date. Any subsequent changes to the reservation will be void, and the deposit will not be refunded. When changing the reservation, it must be taken into account that both the price of the guest apartment and the availability of a suitable guest apartment for the Customer may have changed. The reservation can be changed free of charge 14 days before the date of arrival.
If the guest cancels their reservation during the stay before the end of the stay, the money will not be refunded.
Deposit: Maia Residents will not take a deposit, but the Guest must pay for any damaged items or other damage caused.
After the use of the guest apartment, the user is responsible for all possible accidents, possible damages arising from the use of the guest apartment, and compliance with the internal rules.
Arrival and departure: The guest apartment is at your disposal from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure. The night peace is from 23:00 to 07:00.
All guest apartments have flexible keyless entry. The self-service system allows guests to arrive at a convenient time.
Check-out at Maia Residents is at noon (12:00), and guests must vacate the guest apartment before noon on the day of the end of their booking. If the guest does not leave before the check-out time, Maia Residents has the right to charge the guest’s payment card for an extra night.
Pets are allowed only in some guest apartments. More detailed information can be obtained by e-mail at info@maia.ee.
Smoking is not allowed in the guest apartments. The fine is 300 €.
